PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect or measure a virus at high sensitivity.

SOLUTION: In this measuring method, a virus antibody is measured by binding it with its probe under the presence of a surfactant having an alkyl group having 10 or more of carbon numbers, and having secondary, tertiary or quaternary amine, or a nonionic surfactant, or under the presence of the both.

【課題】 ウイルスを簡便で高感度に検出または測定す
る方法の提供。


【解決手段】 ウイルスの測定方法において、炭素原子
数10個以上のアルキル基と第2、第3もしくは第4級
アミンとを有する界面活性剤又は非イオン性界面活性
剤、あるいはこの両者の存在下で、ウイルス抗原を、そ
のプローブとの結合により測定することを特徴とする方
法。
