Abstract
(EN)

PURPOSE: To provide a solar battery module having a simple manufacturing process and a reduced weight whose structural strength is excellent as a module single body.

CONSTITUTION: In a rectangular solar battery module 1, on the surface side of its light receiving surface, a translucent resin film 4 is formed, and on the rear surface side of its light receiving surface, a metallic reinforcing plate 5 is formed, and further, a solar battery element 2 is resin-sealed with a translucent resin 3. In this rectangular solar battery module 1, the vertical parts of the metallic reinforcing plate 5 wherein all its four side parts are bent respectively in the opposite direction to the light receiving surface are provided, and the lower side parts of the metallic reinforcing plate 5 wherein the trailing parts are further bent respectively in the inside directions of the solar battery module 1 are provided.

【目的】 製作工程が簡単であり軽量で、モジュール単
体での構造強度に優れた太陽電池モジュールを提供す
る。


【構成】 受光面側表面に透光性樹脂フィルムを、受光
面裏面側に金属製補強板を有し、太陽電池素子を透光性
樹脂により樹脂封止した矩形の太陽電池モジュールにお
いて、該金属製補強板が四辺部全て、受光面と反対側に
折り曲げられた垂下部と、それをさらに太陽電池モジュ
ール内側に折り曲げられた下辺部を有することを特徴と
する太陽電池モジュール。
