本发明公开了一种液晶面板的驱动方法,包括:提供一液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括多个像素单元,每一像素单元至少包括绿色子像素和蓝色子像素;将所述液晶面板划分为多个显示单元,每一显示单元包括相邻的第一像素单元和第二像素单元;对于所述显示单元需要的蓝色子像素和绿色子像素的灰阶值B和G,将灰阶值B和G划分为灰阶值BH与BL的组合以及其灰阶值GH与GL的组合分别提供给所述第一像素单元和第二像素单元,使得该显示单元的蓝色子像素和绿色子像素在斜视角度下的亮度曲线趋近于预定的Gamma(γ)曲线,其中,γ=1.8~2.4。本发明还公开了一种采用如上所述驱动方法进行驱动的液晶面板。
