Abstract
(EN) According to the present invention there is provided a tetrapeptide, capable of inducing dermal extracellular matrix protein upregulation, selected from the group consisting of tetrapeptides having the amino acid sequence U-QTAV-Z wherein Q is used to denote amino acid Glutamine, T is used to denote amino acid Threonine, A is used to denote amino acid Alanine and V is used to denote amino acid Valine, at the N- terminal end, U is independently selected from the group consisting of octanoyl (C8), decanoyl (C10), lauroyl (C12), myristoyl (C14), palmitoyl (C16), stearoyl (C18), biotinoyl, elaidoyl, oleoyle, lipoyle, at the C-terminal end, Z is selected from the group consisting of OH, O R1, NHR1 or NR1 R2, R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkylaryl, alkoxy, saccharide and aryloxy group, which may be linear, branched, cyclical, polycyclic, unsaturated, hydroxylates, carbonylated, phosphorylated and/or sulphurous, said groups comprising from 1 to 24 carbon atoms and being capable of including one or more heteroatoms O, S and/or N.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un tétrapeptide, permettant d'induire une régulation à la hausse de la protéine de la matrice extracellulaire dermique, choisi dans le groupe constitué par les tétrapeptides ayant la séquence d'acides aminés U-QTAV-Z, Q étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé glutamine, T étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé thréonine, A étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé alanine et V étant utilisé pour désigner l'acide aminé valine, au niveau de l'extrémité N-terminale, U étant choisi indépendamment dans le groupe composé d'octanoyl (C8), de décanoyle (C10), de lauroyle (C12), de myristoyle (C14), de palmitoyl (C16), de stéaroyle (C18), de biotinoyle, d'elaidoyle, d'oléoyle, de lipoyle, au niveau de l'extrémité C-terminale, Z étant choisi dans le groupe composé d'OH, O R1, NHR1 ou NR1 R2, R1 et R2 étant indépendamment choisis dans le groupe composé d'alkyle, d'aryle, d'aralkyle, d'alkylaryle, d'alcoxy, de saccharide et d'aryloxy, qui peuvent être linéaires, ramifiés, cycliques, polycycliques, insaturés, carbonylés, phosphorylés et/ou soufrés, lesdits groupes comprenant de 1 à 24 atomes de carbone et pouvant comprendre un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes O, S et/ou N.
