Abstract
(JA)

本発明は一軸延伸の誘発により微細孔複合構造を有する安全セパレータを生産する方法について開示し、以下のステップによって実現するものである。ステップ(1)ナノ酸化アルミニウムをテトライソプロピルジ(ジオクチルホスフェート)チタネート中において表面予備処理を行うステップ、ステップ(2)予備処理された後のナノ酸化アルミニウムを重合体中に均一に混合し、添加量は重合体質量の0.5%〜2.5%であり、誘発剤を添加し、原料に対し溶融を行い、キャスト法を用いて基膜を制作するステップ、ステップ(3)基膜を10〜155℃、延伸速度0.1〜30m/min、延伸比1〜4倍の条件下において延伸することで微細孔構造を形成するステップ、ステップ(4)微細孔膜に対して再度延伸し、延伸比は0.5〜1.5で、70〜165℃に定型し、ポリオレフィン微細孔膜製品を形成するステップ。本発明はセパレータの浸潤性を向上させ、これによりセパレータの安全性を高めた。
