A cryoablation catheter (10, 200), comprising: a main tube (12, 210), the main tube (12, 210) having a distal end, a proximal end, and at least one chamber; an expansion element (31, 230) sleeved on the distal end of the main catheter (12, 210); a fluid delivery tube (14, 410, 240) extending into the expansion element (21, 230) by means of the chamber of the main tube (12, 210), a distal end of the fluid delivery tube (14, 410, 240) being provided with an opening (42, 420), and a cryogenic fluid being ejected out from the opening (42, 420); and a fluid recovery path (51, 510) extending into the expansion element (21, 230) by means of the chamber of the main tube (12, 210), a distal end of the fluid recovery path (51, 510) being communicated with a recovery hole (52) of the distal end of the main tube (12, 210), and the cryogenic fluid flowing into the fluid recovery path (51, 510) via the recovery hole (52), wherein the opening (42, 420) is linearly provided along the lengthwise direction of the distal end of the main tube (12, 210). The cryoablation catheter (10, 200) is able to form an ablation line on tissue to be ablated, and can implement a one-step ablation success rate close to the success rate of surgery by means of a single integrally scribed continuous ablation or a few integrally scribed continuous ablations.

Le cathéter de cryo-ablation (10, 200) est apte à former une ligne d'ablation sur un tissu à retirer par ablation, et peut mettre en œuvre un taux de réussite d'ablation en une étape proche du taux de réussite d'une intervention chirurgicale au moyen d'une seule ablation continue tracée intégralement ou de quelques ablations continues tracées intégralement.
