Abstract
(EN) The disclosure relates to a three-dimensional printing head, to a radiation-emitting device and to additive manufacturing and extrusion methods. The printing head comprises a radiating plate configured to transmit thermal energy to the printing substance deposited on a surface. A radiation-emitting device may be attached to an additive manufacturing or extrusion device and comprises a radiating plate and a heating element. Additive manufacturing and extrusion methods employ radiation to heat a surface on which the substance is deposited. Certain characteristics of the products thus manufactured, for example the level of porosity, warp, isotropy, maximum stress, internal stress, impact strength, bending strength, breaking strain, modulus of stiffness, degree of crystallinity and fluidtightness, are improved.
(FR) La divulgation concerne une tête d'impression en trois dimensions, un dispositif d'émission de radiation, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication additive et d'extrusion. La tête d'impression comprend une plaque radiante configurée pour transmettre une énergie thermique au matériel d'impression déposé sur une surface. Un dispositif d'émission de radiation peut être attaché à un dispositif de fabrication additive ou d'extrusion et comprend une plaque radiante et un élément chauffant. Des procédés de fabrication additive et d'extrusion utilisent une radiation pour chauffer une surface de déposition du matériel. Des caractéristiques des produits ainsi fabriqués, par exemple le taux de porosité, le gauchissement, l'isotropie, la contrainte maximale, la contrainte interne, la résistance à l'impact, la résistance en flexion, la déformation à la rupture, le module de rigidité, le taux de cristallinité et l'étanchéité sont améliorés.
