(ZH) 重组HPV16 E6E7腺病毒及其疫苗、制备方法和应用

Abstract

(EN) The present invention relates to the field of cancer immunotherapy technology, and specifically, to a recombinant HPV16 E6E7 adenovirus, a vaccine thereof, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The present invention provides a recombinant HPV16 E6E7 adenovirus, comprising an HPV16 E6E7 antigen sequence and SARS-CoV-2 virus HR1 and HR2 region sequences. The recombinant HPV16 E6E7 adenovirus vaccine prepared by using the adenovirus, when used either alone or in combination with other anti-tumor drugs, can significantly inhibit the growth of tumors in cervical cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and induce a significant cellular immune response in mice.

(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine de la technologie d'immunothérapie anticancéreuse, et spécifiquement, un adénovirus HPV16 E6E7 recombinant, un vaccin associé, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. La présente invention concerne un adénovirus HPV16 E6E7 recombinant, comprenant une séquence d'antigène E6E7 de HPV16 et des séquences de région HR1 et HR2 de virus SARS-CoV-2. Le vaccin adénoviral recombinant HPV16 E6E7, préparé par l'utilisation de l'adénovirus, lorsqu'il est utilisé seul ou en association avec d'autres médicaments antitumoraux, permet d'inhiber de manière significative la croissance des tumeurs dans le cancer du col de l'utérus et le carcinome épidermoïde de la tête et du cou, et induit une réponse immunitaire cellulaire significative chez la souris.

(ZH) 本发明属于癌症免疫治疗技术领域，具体涉及重组HPV16 E6E7腺病毒及其疫苗、制备方法和应用。本发明提供一种重组HPV16 E6E7腺病毒，其含有HPV16 E6E7抗原序列及其SARS-CoV-2病毒HR1和HR2段序列。采用该腺病毒制备的重组HPV16 E6E7腺病毒疫苗以及与其他抗肿瘤药联用均能够显著抑制宫颈癌、头颈部鳞状细胞癌中肿瘤的生长，并且在小鼠体内引发明显的细胞免疫反应。
