Abstract
(EN) Provided herein are antibodies and antigen-binding domains that specifically bind to human CD98 and their use in, for example, transport across the blood brain barrier (BBB). Among others, also provided herein are conjugates comprising these anti-CD98 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments, such as the conjugates with GLP-1R agonists, and their uses in, for example, treating or preventing neurological diseases or disorders and/or metabolic diseases or disorders.
(FR) Sont fournis ici des anticorps et des domaines de liaison à l'antigène qui se lient spécifiquement au CD98 humain et leur utilisation dans, par exemple, le transport à travers la barrière hémato-encéphalique (BHE). Sont également fournis ici, entre autres, des conjugués comprenant ces anticorps anti-CD98 et des fragments de liaison à l'antigène, tels que les conjugués avec des agonistes du GLP-1R, et leurs utilisations dans, par exemple, le traitement ou la prévention de maladies ou troubles neurologiques et/ou de maladies ou troubles métaboliques.
