(FR) NANOANTICORPS NOUVEAUX SPÉCIFIQUES DE LA CHAÎNE LOURDE CD98 ET MÉTHODES D'UTILISATION DE CEUX-CI

Abstract

(EN) Disclosed herein are novel nanobodies and antigen-binding domains that specifically bind to human CD98 heavy chain (CD98hc) and their use in, for example, transport across the blood brain barrier (BBB). Among others, bispecific antibodies targeting CD98hc and Aβ and their uses in, for example, treating neurological diseases are also provided.

(FR) Sont divulgués ici de nouveaux nanoanticorps et domaines de liaison à l'antigène qui se lient spécifiquement à la chaîne lourde CD98 humaine (CD98hc) et leur utilisation dans, par exemple, le transport à travers la barrière hémato-encéphalique (BHE). Sont également fournis, entre autres, des anticorps bispécifiques ciblant CD98hc et Aβ et leurs utilisations dans, par exemple, le traitement de maladies neurologiques.
