Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure relates to an information processing method and apparatus, and a device, a system, a storage medium and a program product. A terminal device sends first information to a network device, wherein the first information indicates that the terminal device skips the transmission of uplink resources. By means of the solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the terminal device skips the transmission of uplink resources, on the basis of the first information, the network device can flexibly and rationally allocate the uplink resources to the terminal device, thereby avoiding the waste of the uplink resources and improving the resource utilization.
(FR) La présente divulgation se rapporte à un procédé et un appareil de traitement d'informations, ainsi qu'à un dispositif, un système, un support de stockage et un produit de programme. Un dispositif terminal envoie des premières informations à un dispositif de réseau, les premières informations indiquant que le dispositif terminal saute la transmission de ressources de liaison montante.
