Abstract
(EN) Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to downlink coverage compensation. In an aspect, a terminal device transmits, to a network device, a PRACH preamble indicating a type of a need of downlink coverage compensation. The terminal device receives, from the network device, a downlink channel related to a random access procedure, wherein the downlink channel is based on the type of the need of downlink coverage compensation.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation concernent la compensation de couverture de liaison descendante. Selon un aspect, un dispositif terminal transmet, à un dispositif de réseau, un préambule PRACH indiquant un type d'un besoin de compensation de couverture de liaison descendante. Le dispositif terminal reçoit, en provenance du dispositif de réseau, un canal de liaison descendante associé à une procédure d'accès aléatoire, le canal de liaison descendante étant basé sur le type de besoin de compensation de couverture de liaison descendante.
