Abstract

(EN) The present application relates to the technical field of medical treatment. Specifically disclosed is an orthopedic clinical hip joint reduction fixator, comprising a torso fixation sleeve and a thigh fixation sleeve, wherein the torso fixation sleeve and the thigh fixation sleeve are rotatably connected to each other via a lateral hip rotary joint; the torso fixation sleeve and the thigh fixation sleeve each comprise a pair of side support plates having an arc-shaped plate structure; a pair of rigid insertion strips are fixedly connected to each of the front and rear ends of the side support plate on the left side; a pair of rigid sockets are fixedly connected to each of the front and rear ends of the side support plate on the right side; the rigid insertion strips are in plug-in fit with the rigid sockets; each rigid insertion strip is provided with forward teeth equidistantly arranged on the outer side wall thereof; a serrated plate is slidably mounted inside each rigid socket, and is provided with reverse teeth equidistantly arranged on the inner side wall thereof; springs are connected between the outer side walls of the serrated plates and the inner side walls of the rigid sockets; and a pair of serrated plates on the same side are connected to a vertical plate arranged on the outer sides of the rigid sockets by means of connecting plates. The present application shortens the manufacturing cycle and is simple to take on and off.

(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine technique du traitement médical. L'invention concerne spécifiquement un fixateur de réduction d'articulation de hanche clinique orthopédique, comprenant un manchon de fixation de torse et un manchon de fixation de cuisse, le manchon de fixation de torse et le manchon de fixation de cuisse étant reliés de manière rotative l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un joint rotatif latéral de hanche ; le manchon de fixation de torse et le manchon de fixation de cuisse comprennent chacun une paire de plaques de support latérales comportant une structure de plaque en forme d'arc ; une paire de bandes d'insertion rigides sont reliées de manière fixe à chacune des extrémités avant et arrière de la plaque de support latérale sur le côté gauche ; une paire de douilles rigides sont reliées de manière fixe à chacune des extrémités avant et arrière de la plaque de support latérale sur le côté droit ; les bandes d'insertion rigides sont en ajustement par enfichage avec les douilles rigides ; une plaque dentelée est montée coulissante à l'intérieur de chaque douille rigide, et est pourvue de dents inverses disposées de manière équidistante sur sa paroi latérale interne ; des ressorts sont reliés entre les parois latérales externes des plaques dentelées et les parois latérales internes des douilles rigides ; et une paire de plaques dentelées sur le même côté sont reliées à une plaque verticale disposée sur les côtés externes des douilles rigides au moyen de plaques de liaison. La présente invention raccourcit le cycle de fabrication et est simple à démarrer et à arrêter.
