Abstract
(EN) A cell measurement method and apparatus, a cell reselection method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of communications. The cell measurement method comprises: executing cell measurement on the basis of first information, wherein the first information is related to a signal propagation path between a terminal device and a serving cell (310). The cell reselection method comprises: executing cell reselection on the basis of first information and/or second information, wherein the first information is related to a signal propagation path between a terminal device and a serving cell, and the second information is related to a signal propagation path between the terminal device and a candidate target cell (510). According to the methods, during cell measurement and cell reselection, the timing for executing cell measurement and cell reselection can be accurately determined on the basis of whether obstacles are present in signal propagation between a terminal device and a serving cell and/or between the terminal device and a candidate target serving cell, and on the basis of the distribution of the obstacles.
(FR) La présente demande, qui relève du domaine technique des communications, concerne un procédé et un appareil de mesure de cellule, un procédé et un appareil de resélection de cellule, un dispositif, et un support de stockage. Le procédé de mesure de cellule consiste à : exécuter une mesure de cellule sur la base de premières informations, les premières informations étant associées à un trajet de propagation de signal entre un dispositif terminal et une cellule de desserte (310). Le procédé de resélection de cellule consiste à : exécuter une resélection de cellule sur la base de premières informations et/ou de secondes informations, les premières informations étant associées à un trajet de propagation de signal entre un dispositif terminal et une cellule de desserte, et les secondes informations étant associées à un trajet de propagation de signal entre le dispositif terminal et une cellule cible candidate (510). Selon les procédés, pendant la mesure de cellule et la resélection de cellule, la synchronisation pour exécuter une mesure de cellule et une resélection de cellule peut être déterminée avec précision sur la base du fait que des obstacles sont présents dans une propagation de signal entre un dispositif terminal et une cellule de desserte et/ou entre le dispositif terminal et une cellule de desserte cible candidate, et sur la base de la distribution des obstacles.
