(FR) PLAQUETTE INTÉGRÉE D'INFORMATIONS SANS FIL ET REVÊTEMENT D'ÉTANCHÉITÉ LA COMPRENANT

Abstract

(EN) Provided is a wireless information integrated flake, including: a base membrane; an information-heating layer including an information region and an electromagnetic induction heating ring; a first adhesion layer disposed between the base membrane and the information-heating layer, wherein the information region has an antenna and a chip conductively connected to each other, and the electromagnetic induction heating ring surrounds the information region when viewed from a plan-view angle. The wireless information integrated flake can be used to make a sealing liner, enhances the function of wireless information reading, writing and transmission, reduces a waste of materials, reduces power consumption, and greatly enhances the development of automation, digitalization and smartization of plants, warehouses, logistics, retailers, and unmanned POS (point of sale) management.

(FR) L'invention concerne une plaquette intégrée d'informations sans fil, comprenant : une membrane de base ; une couche d’informations et de chauffage comprenant une région d'informations et un anneau de chauffage par induction électromagnétique ; une première couche d'adhérence disposée entre la membrane de base et la couche d’informations et de chauffage, la région d'informations ayant une antenne et une puce connectées de manière conductrice l'une à l'autre, et l'anneau de chauffage par induction électromagnétique entourant la région d'informations lorsqu'il est vu depuis un angle de vue en plan. La plaquette intégrée d'informations sans fil peut être utilisée pour fabriquer un revêtement d'étanchéité, améliore la fonction de lecture, d'écriture et de transmission d'informations sans fil, réduit un gaspillage de matériaux, réduit la consommation d'énergie et améliore considérablement le développement de l'automatisation, de la numérisation et de l’introduction d'intelligence dans les usines, les entrepôts, la logistique, chez les détaillants et dans la gestion de POS (point de vente) sans personnel.
