(FR) DISPOSITIF ET PROCÉDÉ DE CINTRAGE DE CROCHET D'ADAMS COMPORTANT UN SIÈGE FIXE HORIZONTAL

Abstract

(EN) This invention relates to an adams clasp bending device and method with a horizontal fixed seat. Its structural composition includes: a rotary conveying structure, an up-and-down sliding structure, a rotary power structure, a frame structure, an alignment structure, a fixed bending structure, a bending rod, and a cutting blade. In the fixed bending structure, the fixed seat is installed horizontally, which, in cooperation with the bending head, can bend the adams clasp on the hawley retainer.

(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif et à un procédé de cintrage de crochet d'Adams comportant un siège fixe horizontal. La structure décrite comprend : une structure de transport rotative, une structure coulissant vers le haut et vers le bas, une structure à puissance de rotation, une structure de cadre, une structure d'alignement, une structure de cintrage fixe, une tige de cintrage et une lame de coupe. Dans la structure de cintrage fixe, le siège fixe est installé horizontalement pour permettre, en coopération avec la tête de cintrage, de cintrer le crochet d'Adams sur un élément de retenue de Hawley.
