Abstract

(EN) Mounting devices for electrical fixtures have a hollow housing having an entrance end and an opposing exit end, exterior threading configured to engage a building material, and interior threads, and having a faceplate as a head of a threaded stem. The threaded stem has a bore therethrough in the longitudinal direction and is threadingly engaged with the interior threads of the hollow housing. The mounting devices can have a housing defining a cavity. The housing has a first end with interior threads and an opposing second end having a through hole and exterior threads, an insulating lining in the cavity, a strain relief collar seated in the cavity and operatively connected to a wire or cable for an electrical fixture, a wiring connector, and a cap with a faceplate having a threaded stem that is removably threaded to the interior threads of the hollow housing.

(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs de montage pour des luminaires électriques, comprenant un boîtier creux ayant une extrémité d'entrée et une extrémité de sortie opposée, un filetage extérieur configuré pour venir en prise avec un matériau de construction, et des filetages intérieurs, et comprenant une face faisant office de tête d'une tige filetée. La tige filetée présente un alésage à travers celle-ci dans la direction longitudinale et est en prise par vissage avec les filetages intérieurs du boîtier creux. Les dispositifs de montage peuvent comprendre un boîtier définissant une cavité. Le boîtier possède une première extrémité avec des filetages intérieurs et une seconde extrémité opposée comprenant un trou traversant et des filetages extérieurs, un revêtement isolant dans la cavité, un collier antitraction logé dans la cavité et relié fonctionnellement à un fil ou un câble pour un luminaire électrique, un connecteur de câblage et un capuchon pourvu d'une face ayant une tige filetée qui est vissée de manière amovible sur les filetages intérieurs du boîtier creux.
