Abstract

(EN) The present invention relates to a fruit pulp softening machine. More specifically, a machine for softening and conditioning the pulp of fruits of palm species. Initially, the conditioning chamber is filled with a predetermined amount of water, followed by the batch of fruits to be processed, after which the vessel is sealed. The machine is then pressurized with compressed air and maintained under pressure for a period appropriate to each fruit species. The water is then completely drained, and the conditioning chamber is completely emptied of its fruit contents.

(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine pour ramollir de la pulpe de fruits. Plus spécifiquement, ladite invention concerne une machine pour ramollir et conditionner la pulpe issue de fruits de palmiers. Initialement, une chambre de conditionnement reçoit une quantité déterminée d’eau, suivie du lot de fruits à traiter, le contenant étant scellé, puis, la machine est mise sous pression avec de l’air comprimé et pendant une période appropriée pour chaque variété de fruits. L’eau est alors complètement drainée et la chambre de conditionnement entièrement vidée de son contenu de fruits.

(PT) A presente inovação refere-se a uma máquina de Amolecimento de Polpa de Frutas. Mais especificadamente uma máquina de amolecimento e condiciona- mento da polpa considerando frutos de palmáceas. Inicialmente, a câmara de condicionamento recebe uma quantidade determinada de água, seguida do lote de frutos a serem processados, cedo o vaso lacrado, em seguida, a máquina é pressurizada com ar comprimido e, durante um período adequado a cada espé- cie de frutos. A água é então completamente drenada e a câmara de condicio- namento totalmente esvaziada de seu conteúdo de frutos.
