Abstract
(EN) This disclosure relates to determining a berthing or unberthing event of a vessel. In one aspect, a processor receives tracking data elements of the vessel; and determines the berthing or unberthing event of the vessel at a port terminal based on a distance of the vessel from a perimeter of a land area representing the port terminal and the tracking data elements. In another aspect, the processor receives tracking data elements of the vessel; determines movement characteristics of the vessel from the tracking data elements; and determines the berthing or unberthing event of the vessel at the port terminal upon determining whether one or more of the movement characteristics satisfy one or more conditions indicative of berthing or unberthing.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne la détermination d'un événement d'accostage ou d'appareillage d'un quai d'un navire. Selon un aspect, un processeur reçoit des éléments de données de suivi du navire ; et détermine l'événement d'accostage ou d'appareillage d'un quai du navire au niveau d'un terminal de port sur la base d'une distance du navire à partir d'un périmètre d'une zone terrestre représentant le terminal portuaire et les éléments de données de suivi. Selon un autre aspect, le processeur reçoit des éléments de données de suivi du navire ; détermine des caractéristiques de mouvement du navire à partir des éléments de données de suivi ; et détermine l'événement d'accostage ou d'appareillage d'un quai du navire au niveau du terminal portuaire lors de la détermination du fait qu'une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques de mouvement satisfont une ou plusieurs conditions indicatives d'un accostage ou d'un appareillage d'un quai.
