Abstract

(EN) A wiping mechanism (100) for a food processor (10), the food processor (10) including a lid (20) releasably attachable to a bowl (30), the wiping mechanism (100) including a first member (110) extending through the lid (20) into the bowl (30), the first member (110) being rotatable about a vertical axis (12), a coupling (130) attached to the first member (110) to secure it to the lid (20), the coupling (130) including first and second projections (134, 136), a wiper (140) including an attachment portion (144) with a first opening (146) and cut out (148) configured to engage with the projections (134, 136), wherein engagement locates the wiper (140) in a locked position relative to the coupling (130), wherein the wiper (140) wipes a sidewall (32) of the bowl (30) when the first member (110) rotates.
