Abstract
(EN) Provided are an electrostatic discharge protection circuit, display substrate, and display device. The electrostatic discharge protection circuit comprises: a first conductive part, having an end part; an at least one electrostatic discharge part, arranged in the same layer as said first conductive part and spaced from the end of the first conductive part, said at least one electrostatic discharge part being configured to discharge an electrostatic charge generated at the end part of the first conductive part. Since the electrostatic discharge part is located near the end of the first conductive part, the electrostatic charge accumulated at the end part can be discharged by means of the electrostatic discharge part, thus the electrostatic discharge part can share the breakdown current, preventing static electricity from entering other active circuits.
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit de protection contre les décharges électrostatiques, un substrat d'affichage, et un dispositif d'affichage. Le circuit de protection contre les décharges électrostatiques comprend : une première partie conductrice, ayant une partie d'extrémité ; au moins une partie de décharge électrostatique, disposée dans la même couche que ladite première partie conductrice et espacée de l'extrémité de la première partie conductrice, ladite partie de décharge électrostatique étant configurée pour décharger une charge électrostatique générée au niveau de la partie d'extrémité de la première partie conductrice. Comme la partie de décharge électrostatique est située à proximité de l'extrémité de la première partie conductrice, la charge électrostatique accumulée au niveau de la partie d'extrémité peut être déchargée au moyen de la partie de décharge électrostatique, ainsi, la partie de décharge électrostatique peut partager le courant de claquage, empêchant l'électricité statique de pénétrer dans d'autres circuits actifs.
(ZH) 一种静电释放保护电路、显示基板和显示装置。该静电释放保护电路包括:第一导电部,具有端部;和至少一个静电释放部,与所述第一导电部同层设置并且与所述第一导电部的端部彼此间隔,所述至少一个静电释放部配置为释放在所述第一导电部的端部处产生的静电电荷。由于静电释放部位于第一导电部的端部的附近,在端部处积累的静电电荷能通过静电释放部得到释放,这样, 静电释放部能分担击穿电流,防止静电进入其他有效电路。
