Abstract
(EN) Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an information transmission method and apparatus. The method can comprise: a second network layer sending first allocation information to a first network layer, wherein the first allocation information is used for indicating the position of a first resource allocated by the second network layer to a first terminal at a first moment, and the first moment corresponds to a target HARQ identifier; the first network layer receiving the first allocation information from the second network layer; the second network layer sending indication information to the first network layer at a second moment, wherein the second moment corresponds to the target HARQ identifier, the first moment and the second moment are different moments, and the indication information is used for indicating that the first resource is not allocated to a second terminal at the second moment; and the first network layer receiving the indication information from thesecond network layer. According to the method, a second network layer can send indication information to a first network layer at a second moment insofar as a CRC result is not received; therefore, the utilization rate of an HARQ process is relatively high.
