Abstract
(EN) This spray coating is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of a cylinder bore of a cylinder block made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The spray coating contains, in percentages by mass, 0.005–0.14% carbon, 0.01–3.0% nickel, 10–20.5% chrome, and 0.05–1.5% silicon, with the remainder consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities. The spray coating has a composition that forms a martensite + ferrite region in a Schaeffler phase diagram and has a composition for which the nickel equivalent (NiE) and the chrome equivalent (CrE) satisfy the relationships represented by the following formulas. formula (1): NiE ≤ 0.95CrE − 8.59 formula (2): NiE ≤ 4.1 formula (3): CrE ≥ 10 The spray coating has a two-phase organization, comprising a martensite phase and a ferrite phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un revêtement par pulvérisation qui est disposé sur une surface périphérique interne d'un alésage de cylindre d'un bloc-cylindre constitué d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium. Le revêtement par pulvérisation contient, en pourcentages en masse, de 0,005 à 0,14 % de carbone, de 0,01 à 3,0 % de nickel, de 10 à 20,5 % de chrome, et de 0,05 à 1,5 % de silicium, le reste étant constitué de fer et d'impuretés inévitables. Le revêtement par pulvérisation possède une composition qui forme une région martensite + ferrite dans un diagramme de phase de Schaeffler et possède une composition pour laquelle l'équivalent nickel (NiE) et l'équivalent chrome (CrE) satisfont les relations représentées par les formules suivantes. Formule (1) : NiE ≤ 0,95Cr − 8,59. Formule (2) : NiE ≤ 4,1. Formule (3) : CrE ≥ 10. Le revêtement par pulvérisation possède une organisation biphasique, comprenant une phase martensite et une phase ferrite.
