The present invention relates to the technical field of the manufacturing of medical devices, and in particular to an information-invisible medical wristband and manufacturing method therefor. A conventional developing dye or ink in the prior art can store information but is unable to achieve an invisible effect. The present invention comprises: preparing polystyrene (PS) microspheres by a microemulsion method, dissolving the PS particles in a methylbenzene solution, and adding a fluorescent dye to the mixture to form a fluorescent solution; then adding an SDS solution and mixing same with the fluorescent solution to obtain a system to be ultrasonically emulsified; and then ultrasonically emulsifying said system and totally volatilizing the methylbenzene to obtain a product which can be directly used as an invisible ink. The ink is written on a non-fluorescent paper in the form of a QR code by a coating method, and is plastically packaged to a wristband of a patient. Patient information can be successfully scanned under ultraviolet light, thereby achieving the purpose of privacy protection.

La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de la fabrication de dispositifs médicaux, et en particulier un bracelet médical invisible d’informations et son procédé de fabrication. Un colorant ou une encre de développement classique dans l’état de la technique peut stocker les informations mais n’est pas capable d’atteindre un effet d’invisibilité. La présente invention consiste : à préparer des microsphères de polystyrène (PS) selon un procédé de microémulsion, à dissoudre les particules de PS dans une solution de méthylbenzène, et à ajouter un colorant fluorescent au mélange afin de former une solution fluorescente ; puis à ajouter une solution de SDS et son mélange à la solution fluorescente afin d'obtenir un système à émulsifier de manière ultrasonore ; et ensuite à émulsifier de manière ultrasonore ledit système et à volatiliser totalement le méthylbenzène afin d'obtenir un produit qui peut être directement employé comme encre invisible. L’encre est écrite sur un papier non fluorescent sous la forme d’un code QR par un procédé de revêtement, et est plastiquement emballée au niveau d’un bracelet d’un patient. Les informations concernant le patient peuvent être balayées avec succès sous la lumière ultraviolette, atteignant ainsi le but de protection de la vie privée.

本发明属于医疗器械制备技术领域,具体涉及一种信息隐形的医用腕带及其制备方法。现有技术常规显色染料或者油墨可以存储信息但是无法达到隐形的效果,本发明采用微乳液法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,将PS颗粒溶于甲苯溶液中,加入荧光染料调配成荧光溶液,然后加入SDS溶液混合得到待超声乳化的体系;然后超声乳化,并使甲苯完全挥发,从而可以直接作为隐形墨水来使用。采用涂布法以二维码的形式将墨水涂写到无荧光的纸上,塑封到病人腕带上面。在紫外光下可以成功扫描病人信息,达到保护个人隐私的目的。
