一実施形態に係る流下液膜式製氷装置は、ケーシングと、前記ケーシングの内部に鉛直方向に沿って延在する複数の伝熱管と、前記ケーシングの内部空間のうち前記伝熱管の上端部が配置された領域に設けられ、冷媒を貯留するためのヘッダと、を備え、前記伝熱管は、該伝熱管の外面に前記冷媒の液膜が形成されるよう前記ヘッダからの前記冷媒の供給を受けるように構成される。
