Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entgasungseinheit (10) für ein Elektronikgehäuse, insbesondere für eine Batterie, insbesondere für eine Traktionsbatterie eines Kraftfahrzeugs, die einen fluiddicht mit einem Rand einer Druckausgleichsöffnung des Elektronikgehäuses verbindbaren Grundkörper (1) aufweist, der zumindest eine Gasdurchtrittsöffnung (15) aufweist, die in einem Normalbetriebszustand der Entgasungseinheit (10) von einer semipermeablen Membran (6) abgedeckt ist. Die Membran (6) ermöglicht einen Durchtritt von gasförmigen Medien von einer Umgebung in das Batteriegehäuse und umgekehrt, verhindert aber den Durchtritt von flüssigen Medien und/oder Feststoffen. Die Membran (6) ist auf einem relativ zum Grundkörper (1) verlagerbaren Membranträger (2) fluiddicht befestigt, welcher in dem Normalbetriebszustand durch eine Axialkraft dichtend an eine einen Rand (151) der Gasdurchtrittsöffnung (15) des Grundkörpers (1) umlaufende axiale Lippendichtung (5) aus einem weicheren Werkstoff als der Membranträger (2) angepresst ist, sodass der Membranträger (2) und bei Überschreiten einer vorbestimmten Druckdifferenz zwischen einem Innnenraum des Elektronikgehäuses und einer Umgebung unter Freigabe zumindest einer die Membran (6) umgehenden Notentgasungsöffnung (N) von dem Grundkörper (1) abhebbar ist, um die Entgasungseinheit (10) in einen Notentgasungszustand zu überführen. Ferner wird ein Elektronikgehäuse mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Entgasungseinheit (10) offenbart.

The invention relates to a degassing unit (10) for an electronics housing, in particular for a battery, in particular for a traction battery of a motor vehicle, comprising a main body (1) which can be fluid-tightly connected to an edge of a pressure compensation opening of the electronics housing, and which has at least one gas through-opening (15) that is covered by a semi-permeable membrane (6) in a normal operating mode of the degassing unit (10). The membrane (6) allows a passage of gaseous media from the surroundings into the battery housing, and vice versa, but prevents the passage of liquid media and/or solid matter. The membrane (6) is fluid-tightly secured to a membrane carrier (2) which can move relative to the main body (1), and which, in the normal operating mode, is sealingly pressed by an axial force onto an axial lip seal (5) that runs around an edge (151) of the gas through-opening (15) of the main body (1) and that is made of a softer material than the membrane carrier (2), such that, when a predetermined pressure difference between an internal space of the electronics housing and an environment is exceeded, the membrane carrier (2) can lift off the main body (1), thereby releasing at least one emergency degassing opening (N) surrounding the membrane (6), in order to transfer the degassing unit (10) into an emergency degassing mode. The invention also relates to an electronics housing comprising a degassing unit (10) according to the invention.

L’invention concerne une unité de dégazage (10) pour un boîtier électronique, en particulier pour une batterie, en particulier pour une batterie de traction d’un véhicule à moteur, ladite unité de dégazage (10) présentant un corps de base (1) pouvant être relié de manière étanche aux fluides à un bord d’une ouverture d’équilibrage de la pression du boîtier électronique, ledit corps de base comportant au moins un orifice de passage de gaz (15) qui est recouvert par une membrane (6) semi-perméable, dans un état de fonctionnement normal de l’unité de dégazage (10). La membrane (6) permet à des milieux gazeux provenant d’un environnement de pénétrer dans le boîtier électronique et inversement, tout en empêchant le passage de milieux liquides et/ou de solides. La membrane (6) est fixée de manière étanche aux fluides sur un support de membrane (2) pouvant se déplacer relativement au corps de base (1), ledit support de membrane étant comprimé dans un état de fonctionnement normal avec effet d’étanchéité par une force axiale sur un joint à lèvre (5) axial entourant un bord (151) de l’orifice d’entrée de gaz (15) du corps de base (1), ledit joint à lèvre consistant en un matériau plus souple que celui du support de membrane (2), de sorte que le support de membrane (2) peut être soulevé du corps de base (1) en cas de passage de la pression au-dessus d’une pression différentielle prédéfinie entre un espace intérieur du boîtier électronique et un environnement, avec pour effet de dégager au moins un orifice de dégazage d’urgence (N) entourant la membrane (6), de sorte à faire passer l’unité de dégazage (10) dans un état de dégazage d’urgence. L’invention concerne par ailleurs un boîtier électronique dotée d’une unité de dégazage (10) selon l’invention.
