A mobile monitoring apparatus (10), a mobile monitoring system (10), and a body area monitoring system (1000). The mobile monitoring apparatus (10) comprises a main device (11). The main device (11) comprises a main device housing (111) and a processor (2121) and a first physical activity sensor (116) provided inside the main device housing (111). The processor (2121) is electrically connected to the first physical activity sensor (116). The processor (2121) acquires, according to a sensed physical activity signal generated by the first physical activity sensor (116), physical activity data of a target object wearing the mobile monitoring apparatus (10), and performs, according to the physical activity data, analysis to obtain a physical activity level and/or a sleeping condition of the target object wearing the mobile monitoring apparatus (10). The main device (11) of the mobile monitoring apparatus (10) is provided with the first physical activity sensor (116) to sense physical activity data of a patient, and then analysis is performed according to the physical activity data to obtain a physical activity level and/or a sleeping condition of the patient, thereby more effectively monitoring daily activities of the patient.
