A display device (100) and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device (100) comprises a base substrate (600) and at least one pixel circuit formed at the base substrate (600). The pixel circuit comprises a drive transistor (140), a first transistor (110) and a second transistor (120). The drive transistor (140) comprises a control electrode (143), a first electrode (141) and a second electrode (142), and is configured to control a drive current according to a voltage of the control electrode (143) thereof. The drive current flows through the first electrode (141) and the second electrode (142) of the drive transistor (140), and is used to drive a light-emitting element (LE) to emit light. The first transistor (110) comprises a first active region (114). The second transistor (120) comprises a second active region (124). The drive transistor (140) comprises a fourth active region (144). At least one of the first active region (114) and the second active region (124) has a doping concentration greater than a doping concentration of the fourth active region (144). The display device can enhance uniformity of light emitted from a driven light emitting element.

L’invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage (100) et son procédé de fabrication. Le dispositif d'affichage (100) comprend un substrat de base (600) et au moins un circuit de pixel formé au niveau du substrat de base (600). Le circuit de pixel comprend un transistor d'attaque (140), un premier transistor (110) et un deuxième transistor (120). Le transistor d'attaque (140) comprend une électrode de commande (143), une première électrode (141) et une seconde électrode (142), et il est conçu pour commander un courant d'attaque en fonction d'une tension de l'électrode de commande (143) de celui-ci.
