The embodiment of the invention provides an antenna device and electronic equipment. The antenna device comprises: a near-field communication chip which is used for providing a differential excitationcurrent; a first non-near field communication chip which is used for providing a first non-near field communication excitation signal; a grounding plane which forms a conductive path; a first conductor structure which comprises a first conductor section and a second conductor section which are spaced; and a second conductor structure. The first conductor structure, the conductive path and the second conductor structure jointly form a first conductive loop for transmission of the differential excitation current, and the second conductor section further forms a second conductive loop for transmission of the first non-near field communication excitation signal. According to the antenna device, the conductor structures at different parts of the electronic equipment can be matched with the grounding plane to realize the design of an NFC antenna, and the multiplexing of the second conductor section can also be realized, so that the occupied space of the antenna in the electronic equipment can be saved, and the layout of the antenna is more flexible.

本申请实施例提供一种天线装置及电子设备,所述天线装置包括:近场通信芯片,用于提供差分激励电流;第一非近场通信芯片,用于提供第一非近场通信激励信号;接地平面,形成有导电路径;第一导体结构,包括间隔的第一导体段和第二导体段;第二导体结构;所述第一导体结构、所述导电路径以及所述第二导体结构共同形成供所述差分激励电流传输的第一导电回路,所述第二导体段还形成供所述第一非近场通信激励信号传输的第二导电回路。所述天线装置中,可以通过电子设备不同部位的导体结构配合接地平面来实现NFC天线的设计,还可以实现所述第二导体段的复用,从而可以节省电子设备中天线的占用空间,并且使天线的布局更灵活。
