Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a surface acoustic wave device (10) comprising: - at least one transducer (T1, T2); - two acoustic reflectors (M1, M2) disposed on either side of the at least one transducer so as to form a cavity, each acoustic reflector comprising an array of electrodes (R1, R2) in the form of lines (21) parallel with each other, each array comprising a subset of electrodes connected to a reference potential denoted mass (M) defining a first connection type (CC), and a subset of electrodes that are not connected to any potential, i.e. that have a floating connection defining a second connection type (CO); - at least one switching circuit (CCOM) configured to modify the distribution of the connections of at least one part of the electrodes of each array between the different connection types.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) à onde acoustique de surface comprenant : - au moins un transducteur (T1, T2), - deux réflecteurs acoustiques (M1, M2) disposés de part et d'autre de l'au moins un transducteur de manière à former une cavité, chaque réflecteur acoustique comprenant un réseau d'électrodes (R1, R2) en forme de lignes (21) parallèles entre elles, chaque réseau comprenant un sous ensemble d'électrodes connectées à un potentiel de référence dénommé masse (M) définissant un premier type de connexion (CC), et un sous ensemble d'électrodes qui ne sont connectées à aucun potentiel, c'est-à-dire qui présentent une connexion flottante définissant un deuxième type de connexion (CO), - au moins un circuit de commutation (CCOM) configuré pour modifier la répartition des connexions d'au moins une partie des électrodes de chaque réseau entre les différents types de connexion.
