Abstract
(EN) The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of optics. Provided are an aspheric prism and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the aspheric prism comprises: forming a wafer by using an integral molding process, wherein the wafer comprises a plurality of first prism strips sequentially arranged in a first direction; performing first cutting on the wafer, wherein each first prism strip is cut into two second prism strips, and each second prism strip comprises an inclined surface and a column of aspheric structures sequentially arranged in a second direction; performing second cutting on the second prism strips, wherein a cutting line in the second cutting is located between adjacent aspheric structures to form an initial prism; forming anti-reflection films on a surface where the aspheric structures are located and an emergent surface in the initial prism; and performing an ink coating operation on a surface other than the aspheric structures, the emergent surface and the inclined surfaces in the initial prism to obtain the aspheric prism. The embodiments of the present invention can at least improve the preparation efficiency and structural accuracy of the aspheric prism.
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention se rapportent au domaine technique de l'optique. L'invention concerne un prisme asphérique et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation du prisme asphérique consiste à : former une tranche à l'aide d'un processus de moulage intégral, la tranche comprenant une pluralité de premières bandes de prisme agencées séquentiellement dans une première direction ; effectuer une première coupe sur la tranche, chaque première bande de prisme étant découpée en deux secondes bandes de prisme, et chaque seconde bande de prisme comprenant une surface inclinée et une colonne de structures asphériques disposées séquentiellement dans une seconde direction ; réaliser une seconde découpe sur les secondes bandes de prisme, une ligne de découpe dans la seconde découpe étant située entre des structures asphériques adjacentes pour former un prisme initial ; former des films antireflets sur une surface où les structures asphériques sont situées et une surface émergente dans le prisme initial ; et réaliser une opération de revêtement d'encre sur une surface autre que les structures asphériques, la surface émergente et les surfaces inclinées dans le prisme initial pour obtenir le prisme asphérique. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peuvent au moins améliorer l'efficacité de préparation et la précision structurelle du prisme asphérique.
(ZH) 本发明实施例涉及光学技术领域,提供一种非球面棱镜及其制备方法,非球面棱镜的制备方法包括:采用一体成型工艺形成晶圆,晶圆包括沿第一方向依次排列的多个第一棱镜条,对晶圆进行第一切割处理,每一第一棱镜条被切割为两个第二棱镜条,每一第二棱镜条包括一斜面以及沿第二方向依次排布的一列非球面结构;对第二棱镜条进行第二切割处理,第二切割处理的切割线位于相邻非球面结构之间,以形成初始棱镜;在初始棱镜中非球面结构所在的面以及出射面上形成减反射膜;对初始棱镜中非球面结构、出射面和斜面以外的面进行涂墨操作,得到非球面棱镜。本发明实施例至少可以提高非球面棱镜的制备效率和结构精度。
