Abstract

(EN) The embodiments of the present application disclose an encoding and decoding method, comprising: determining a block vector corresponding to a current block; determining, on the basis of the block vector, an intra prediction mode corresponding to the current block, wherein the intra prediction mode is determined on the basis of gradient information derived from the block vector; and on the basis of the intra prediction mode corresponding to the current block, determining a prediction block corresponding to the current block.

(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé de codage et de décodage, comprenant : la détermination d'un vecteur de bloc correspondant à un bloc courant ; la détermination, sur la base du vecteur de bloc, d'un mode de prédiction intra correspondant au bloc courant, le mode de prédiction intra étant déterminé sur la base d'informations de gradient dérivées du vecteur de bloc ; et, sur la base du mode de prédiction intra correspondant au bloc courant, la détermination d'un bloc de prédiction correspondant au bloc courant.
