Abstract

(EN) The present application provides a coding method and apparatus, a decoding method and apparatus, a coder, a decoder, a code stream, a storage medium, and a program product. The decoding method comprises: determining first motion information corresponding to the inter prediction mode of a first neighboring block of the current block; on the basis of the first motion information, obtaining a first inter prediction value of a first region of the current block, wherein the first neighboring block is adjacent to the first region; on the basis of the intra prediction mode of the current block, obtaining a first intra prediction value of the first region; and, on the basis of the first inter prediction value and the first intra prediction value of the first region, determining a prediction value of the current block.

(FR) La présente demande concerne un procédé et un appareil de codage, un procédé et un appareil de décodage, un codeur, un décodeur, un flux de code, un support de stockage et un produit-programme. Le procédé de décodage consiste à : déterminer des premières informations de mouvement correspondant au mode de prédiction inter d'un premier bloc voisin du bloc courant ; sur la base des premières informations de mouvement, obtenir une première valeur de prédiction inter d'une première région du bloc courant, le premier bloc voisin étant adjacent à la première région ; sur la base du mode de prédiction intra du bloc courant, obtenir une première valeur de prédiction intra de la première région ; et, sur la base de la première valeur de prédiction inter et de la première valeur de prédiction intra de la première région, déterminer une valeur de prédiction du bloc courant.
