Specifically, the gimbal mechanism comprises a first driving mechanism and a first axis arm, wherein the first axis arm is connected to the handheld mechanism, the first driving mechanism is mounted on the first axis arm, and the first driving mechanism is capable of driving a load to move about a first axis. The two lens portions are sequentially arranged in a direction defined by the first axis, the first driving mechanism is located between the two lens portions and is respectively in transmission connection with the two lens portions, and each lens portion is capable of rotating about the first axis under the drive of the first driving mechanism.
