Abstract

(EN) The present invention relates to a CpG oligodeoxyribonucleotide capable of boosting body immunity, a combination thereof with an additional adjuvant, and the use of the CpG adjuvant or a combination thereof in various vaccine compositions. The CpG, either alone as an adjuvant or in combination with commercially available adjuvants, has the advantages of significant earlier manifestation of immune effects, immune effect improvement, a longer duration of immune protection effects, fewer potential allergic reactions, etc. and is superior to commercially available vaccine adjuvants or adjuvant systems, and is an excellent vaccine adjuvant or effective component in vaccine adjuvant systems.

(FR) La présente invention concerne un oligodésoxyribonucléotide CpG pouvant renforcer l'immunité de l'organisme, une combinaison de celui-ci avec un adjuvant supplémentaire, et l'utilisation de l'adjuvant CpG ou d'une combinaison de celui-ci dans diverses compositions vaccinales. Le CpG, soit seul en tant qu'adjuvant soit en combinaison avec des adjuvants disponibles dans le commerce, présente les avantages d'une manifestation précoce significative d'effets immunitaires, d'une amélioration de l'effet immunitaire, d'une durée plus longue des effets de protection immunitaire, de moins de réactions allergiques potentielles, etc. et est supérieur aux adjuvants vaccinaux ou aux systèmes adjuvants disponibles dans le commerce, et est un excellent adjuvant vaccinal ou un composant efficace dans les systèmes adjuvants vaccinaux.

(ZH) 涉及具有提高机体免疫能力的CpG寡聚脱氧核糖核苷酸、其与另外的佐剂的组合，及所述CpG佐剂或其组合在各种疫苗组合物中的应用。所述CpG单独作为佐剂或者与现有上市佐剂联用，都有非常显著的免疫效果提前、免疫效果提升、免疫保护效果持续期更长、潜在的过敏反应更低等优势，且优于市售的疫苗佐剂或者佐剂系统，是非常优秀的疫苗佐剂或者疫苗佐剂系统有效组分。
