(ZH) 新型重组带状疱疹疫苗及其制备与应用

Abstract

(EN) Specifically disclosed are a zoster vaccine, a preparation therefor and a use thereof, relating to the field of biomedicine. Provided is a zoster vaccine, and a fusion protein in the zoster vaccine comprises a VZV-gE protein and Fc, and optionally an antigen epitope having a cellular immunity activation effect. An adjuvant may be a combination of an adjuvant MF59 and an adjuvant CpG1009, which can simultaneously enhance humoral immunity and cellular immunity. The vaccine formed by the fusion protein in cooperation with an innovative adjuvant system can induce generation of strong cellular immunity and humoral immunity.

(FR) L'invention concerne en particulier un vaccin contre le zona, sa préparation et son utilisation, se rapportant au domaine de la biomédecine. L'invention concerne un vaccin contre le zona, et une protéine de fusion dans le vaccin contre le zona comprend une protéine VZV-gE et un Fc, et éventuellement un épitope d'antigène ayant un effet d'activation d'immunité cellulaire. Un adjuvant peut être une combinaison d'un adjuvant MF59 et d'un adjuvant CpG1009, qui peuvent améliorer simultanément l'immunité humorale et l'immunité cellulaire. Le vaccin formé par la protéine de fusion en coopération avec un système adjuvant innovant peut induire la production d'une forte immunité cellulaire et d'une puissante immunité humorale.
