(FR) PROCÉDÉS ET DISPOSITIFS DE PERMUTATION FACIALE

Abstract

(EN) Methods and devices for performing face swapping in images are disclosed. The method includes acquiring a destination and source image; detecting an individual's face in both images by generating a first bounding box with a set of pixels representing the face in the destination image and a second bounding box with a set of pixels representing the face in the source image. The method compares the face orientations between the two images. If the orientation difference exceeds a threshold, an enlarged first bounding box and second bounding box are generated, containing enlarged sets of pixels. A modified image is then generated based on the destination image and the enlarged pixels from the source image. The modified image is then displayed on a device.

(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs destinés à effectuer une permutation faciale dans des images. Le procédé consiste à acquérir une image source et de destination; à détecter le visage d'un individu dans les deux images en générant un premier rectangle englobant avec un ensemble de pixels représentant le visage dans l'image de destination et un second rectangle englobant avec un ensemble de pixels représentant le visage dans l'image source. Le procédé compare les orientations faciales entre les deux images. Si la différence d'orientation dépasse un seuil, un premier rectangle englobant agrandi et un second rectangle englobant sont générés, contenant des ensembles agrandis de pixels. Une image modifiée est ensuite générée sur la base de l'image de destination et des pixels agrandis à partir de l'image source. L'image modifiée est ensuite affichée sur un dispositif.
