Abstract

(EN) A demolding system and method can remove or extract a container closure from a mold. The closure can be composed of a material such as PET that facilitates sustainable recycling. The closure can have internal threads and/or other undercut features, and the mold can have corresponding features. Removal or extraction of the closure from the mold can comprise interference-free ejection of the closure. The demolding system can comprise a pair of members that are operably coupled so that translational motion along an axis is paired with synchronous rotational motion about the axis.

(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de démoulage qui permettent de retirer ou d'extraire un bouchon de récipient d'un moule. Le bouchon peut être composé d'un matériau, tel qu'un PET, qui permet un recyclage durable. Le bouchon peut comporter des filetages internes et/ou d'autres caractéristiques en contre-dépouille, et le moule peut avoir des caractéristiques correspondantes. Le retrait ou l'extraction du bouchon du moule peut comprendre une éjection sans interférence du bouchon. Le système de démoulage peut comprendre une paire d'éléments qui sont couplés fonctionnellement de telle sorte qu'un mouvement de translation le long d'un axe est apparié avec un mouvement de rotation synchrone autour de l'axe.
