Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure relates to chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising an extracellular antigen binding domain comprising a modified single chain variable fragment (scFv) that specifically recognises lambda myeloma antigen (LMA). The present disclosure also relates to a polynucleotide encoding the CAR, vectors, genetically modified cells and uses thereof.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne un récepteur antigénique chimérique (CAR) comprenant un domaine de liaison à l'antigène extracellulaire comprenant un fragment variable simple chaîne (scFv) modifié qui reconnaît spécifiquement l'antigène du myélome lambda (LMA).
