Abstract

(EN) A positioning and stabilising structure for a patient interface, the positioning and stabilising structure comprising: at least one strap formed at least partially from a textile material and comprising: a pair of lateral strap portions configured to be positioned on respective lateral sides of the patient's head in use; a posterior strap portion configured to be positioned against a posterior side of the patient's head in use; wherein the posterior strap portion is bifurcated and comprises a superior strap portion and an inferior strap portion defining an opening therebetween, the opening having a pair of ends; wherein the strap comprises a pair of stiffened portions each located at or proximate a respective one of the ends of the opening to hold the superior strap portion and the inferior strap portion of the posterior strap portion in a spread-out configuration.

(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de positionnement et de stabilisation pour une interface patient, la structure de positionnement et de stabilisation comprenant : au moins une sangle formée au moins partiellement d'un matériau textile et comprenant : une paire de parties sangle latérale conçues pour être positionnées sur des côtés latéraux respectifs de la tête du patient lors de l'utilisation ; une partie sangle postérieure conçue pour être positionnée contre un côté postérieur de la tête du patient lors de l'utilisation ; la partie sangle postérieure étant bifurquée et comprenant une partie sangle supérieure et une partie sangle inférieure délimitant une ouverture entre elles, l'ouverture comportant une paire d'extrémités ; la sangle comprenant une paire de parties rigidifiées situées chacune au niveau ou à proximité d'une extrémité respective des extrémités de l'ouverture pour maintenir la partie sangle supérieure et la partie sangle inférieure de la partie sangle postérieure dans une configuration déployée.
