Abstract

(EN) A system for generating an integrated cardiac model includes an imaging module, configured to determine a plurality of two-dimensional image slices, wherein each image slice has one or more frames, a region of interest module, configured to define a region of interest on each image slice, an analysis module, configured to perform analysis of the region of interest of each image slice to obtain a set of one or more values for each image slice corresponding to locations through the region of interest, a reconstruction module configured to: determine an initial anatomic reconstruction of the region of interest, generate a representative three-dimensional reconstruction of the set of one or more values at their corresponding locations on through the region of interest for each image slice, and an integration module configured to integrate the representative reconstruction of the values for each image slice with the initial anatomic reconstruction to generate an integrated three-dimensional cardiac model.

(FR) L'invention concerne un système de génération d'un modèle cardiaque intégré, qui comprend un module d'imagerie, conçu pour déterminer une pluralité de tranches d'image bidimensionnelles, chaque tranche d'image ayant une ou plusieurs trames, un module de région d'intérêt, conçu pour définir une région d'intérêt sur chaque tranche d'image, un module d'analyse, conçu pour réaliser une analyse de la région d'intérêt de chaque tranche d'image pour obtenir un ensemble d'une ou de plusieurs valeurs pour chaque tranche d'image correspondant à des emplacements à travers la région d'intérêt, un module de reconstruction conçu pour : déterminer une reconstruction anatomique initiale de la région d'intérêt, générer une reconstruction tridimensionnelle représentative de l'ensemble d'une ou de plusieurs valeurs à leurs emplacements correspondants à travers la région d'intérêt pour chaque tranche d'image, et un module d'intégration conçu pour intégrer la reconstruction représentative des valeurs pour chaque tranche d'image avec la reconstruction anatomique initiale pour générer un modèle cardiaque tridimensionnel intégré.
