Abstract
(EN) Through the present invention, a method for manufacturing a sulfuric-acid-esterified cellulose fiber having a cellulose-I-type crystal structure can be provided. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a chemically modified cellulose fiber, including steps (a) and (b). Step (a): a step for adjusting the moisture content of cellulose fibers to 2% by mass to 200% by mass. Step (b): a step for treating the cellulose fibers with sulfamic acid and thereby reacting sulfamic acid and cellulose fibers, which are constituent elements of the cellulose fibers, and substituting a portion of hydroxyl groups of the cellulose with a substituent represented by structural formula (1) (where M in structural formula (1) represents a univalent to trivalent cation).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre de cellulose estérifiée par l'acide sulfurique et qui comporte une structure cristalline de type cellulose I. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre de cellulose chimiquement modifiée, comprenant les étapes (a) et (b). Etape (a) : étape de réglage de la teneur en humidité de fibres de cellulose à une valeur comprise entre 2 % et 200 % en masse. Etape (b) : étape de traitement des fibres de cellulose à l'aide d'acide sulfamique et de mise en réaction de l'acide sulfamique et des fibres de cellulose, qui sont des éléments constitutifs des fibres de cellulose, et substitution d'une partie des groupes hydroxyle de la cellulose par un substituant représenté par la formule structurale (1) (M dans la formule structurale (1) représentant un cation univalent à trivalent).
