A high precision rigid gas-permeable contact lens edge curve polishing lathe, comprising a machine body (1). A first crank (5) and a second crank (6) are respectively provided on two sides of the machine body (1). A base (10) is provided at the bottom of the machine body (1). A first support (11) and a second support (12) are respectively fixed to two sides of the base (10). A detent mechanism is provided on both the first support (11) and the second support (12). The detent mechanism comprises an ejector pin matching the rotational direction of the first crank (5) and the second crank (6) and a numerical unit revealing the position of the ejector pin. The detent mechanism of the polishing lathe has a simple mechanical structure and is convenient to use. A numerical reading enables accurate positioning of the contact position of a polishing sponge on a spindle of the polishing lathe and a lens, realizing quantized control of the polishing of a lens edge, and enabling improvement and modification to the design of the lens edge to become simpler. Thus, lenses meeting a design customized to the eyes of a person and achieving optimal comfort can be produced, effectively improving product quality.

L'invention concerne un tour à polir les courbes de bords de lentilles de contact rigides perméables au gaz de haute précision, qui comprend un corps de machine (1); une première manivelle (5) et une seconde manivelle (6), prévues respectivement sur deux côtés du corps de machine (1); une base (10), prévue sur la partie inférieure du corps de machine (1); un premier support (11) et un second support (12), fixés respectivement à deux côtés de la base (10); un mécanisme d'encliquetage, prévu sur le premier support (11) et le second support (12). Le mécanisme d'encliquetage comprend une goupille d'éjection correspondant à la direction de rotation de la première manivelle (5) et de la seconde manivelle (6), et une unité numérique indiquant la position de la goupille d'éjection. Le mécanisme d'encliquetage du tour à polir présente une structure mécanique simple et est pratique à utiliser. Une mesure numérique permet un positionnement précis de la position de contact d'une éponge de polissage sur une broche du tour à polir et d'une lentille, de manière à mettre en oeuvre une commande quantifiée du polissage du bord d'une lentille, ce qui permet d'améliorer et de modifier la conception du bord de la lentille afin de la simplifier. De cette manière, on produit des lentilles au concept personnalisé par rapport aux yeux d'une personne et qui présentent un confort optimal, ce qui permet d'améliorer efficacement la qualité du produit.

一种高精度硬性角膜接触镜边弧抛光机,包括机体(1)。机体(1)的两侧分别设有第一转臂(5)和第二转臂(6)。机体(1)底部设有底座(10)。底座(10)的两侧分别固定有第一支架(11)和第二支架(12)。第一支架(11)和第二支架(12)上均设有定位机构。定位机构包括与第一转臂(5)和第二转臂(6)转动方向相配合的顶杆以及显示顶杆位置的数值单元。抛光机的定位机构的机械结构简单,使用方便。通过读数可以精确定位装于抛光机的转轴上的抛光海绵与镜片的接触位置,实现镜片边缘抛光的量化控制,使得镜片边缘设计的改善与修正变得更加简单。从而能够生产出符合人眼个性化设计并达到最佳舒适度的镜片,有效的提高了产品的质量。
