Provided is an elevator control system whereby unnecessary dispatching of a maintenance worker can be suppressed. An elevator control system is provided with a restoration command database (13) in which a restoration success rate and a restoration command are stored for each combination of an abnormality code and a control parameter of an elevator (1), a failure content analysis unit (14) for searching the restoration command database (13) using the combination of the abnormality code and the control parameter when an abnormality code and a control parameter are transmitted from the elevator (1), an operation command unit (15) for transmitting the restoration command having the highest restoration success rate from among restoration commands included in the search result by the failure content analysis unit (14), and an operation control unit (10) for actuating the elevator (1) on the basis of the restoration command transmitted from the operation command unit (15).

L'invention concerne un système de commande d'ascenseur grâce auquel une répartition inutile d'un travailleur de maintenance peut être supprimée. Un système de commande d'ascenseur est pourvu d'une base de données d'instructions de restauration (13) dans laquelle un taux de réussite de restauration et une instruction de restauration sont stockés pour chaque combinaison d'un code d'anomalie et d'un paramètre de commande d'un ascenseur (1), une unité d'analyse de contenu de défaillance (14) pour rechercher dans la base de données d'instructions de restauration (13) à l'aide de la combinaison du code d'anomalie et du paramètre de commande lorsqu'un code d'anomalie et un paramètre de commande sont transmis à partir de l'ascenseur (1), une unité d'instruction de fonctionnement (15) pour transmettre l'instruction de restauration ayant le taux de réussite de restauration le plus élevé parmi des instructions de restauration incluses dans le résultat de recherche par l'unité d'analyse de contenu de défaillance (14) et une unité de commande de fonctionnement (10) pour actionner l'ascenseur (1) sur la base de l'instruction de restauration transmise à partir de l'unité d'instruction de fonctionnement (15).
