[Problem] To evaluate the state of a storage battery using measurement data obtained at the time of charging the storage battery. [Solution] This storage battery evaluation device is provided with a charging control unit which switches the charging current of the storage battery being charged with a first current to a second current, and a state estimation unit which estimates the state of the storage battery on the basis of a feature value of the change in voltage and/or charging amount of the storage battery resulting from switching the charging current to the second current.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est d'évaluer l'état d'un accumulateur à l'aide de données de mesure obtenues au moment de sa charge. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un dispositif d'évaluation d'accumulateur pourvu d'une unité de commande de charge qui commute le courant de charge de l'accumulateur en cours de charge avec un premier courant vers un second courant, et une unité d'estimation d'état qui estime l'état de l'accumulateur sur la base d'une valeur caractéristique du changement de tension et/ou de la quantité de charge de l'accumulateur résultant de la commutation du courant de charge vers le second courant.

[課題]蓄電池を充電した際に得られる測定データを用いて蓄電池の状態を評価する。 [解決手段]本発明の実施形態としての蓄電池評価装置は、第1電流で充電されている蓄電池の充電電流を第2電流に切り替える充電制御部と、前記充電電流を前記第2電流に切り替えたことによる前記蓄電池の電圧及び充電量の少なくとも一方の変化の特徴量に基づき、前記蓄電池の状態を推定する状態推定部とを備える。
