Abstract
(EN) The technological line for processing household solid waste is inclusive of functionally and sequentially connected by means of conveyor belts shredder-breaker (1), metal separator (2), second separator for separation of glass and inert fractions (3), second shredder for additional shredding (4), intermediate storage tank for shredded waste (5), dryer (6), third separator for inert fraction (7), hammer mill (8), second hopper for temporary storage (9), dispenser with shutter (10) and pyrolysis reactor (11). The pyrolysis reactor (11) decomposes household waste to obtain fuel raw materials such as pyrocarbon, pyrolysis oil and gas. In the gasifier (19) the pyrocarbon is converted into gas, which is transported to reach the gas hopper (16) for the purposes of further storage. The gas-pyrolysis mixture is undergoing a number of processing stages, as a result of which the gaseous mixture is filtered in the gas filter (15) and transported to the hopper for gas storage (16), which feeds gas burners (I la and 19a), supporting the combustion process in the pyrolysis reactor (11) and in the gasifier (19) and supplying the power generation module (17). The liquid mixture - pyrolysis oil, from cooling columns (14) is processed and transported to the pyrolysis oil storage hopper (21), which supplies the power generation module (17) and diesel burners (11b and 19b), supporting the process of operation of the pyrolysis reactor (11) and the gasifier (19).
(FR) L'invention concerne une ligne technologique destinée au traitement de déchets ménagers solides et dotée de manière fonctionnelle et séquentielle au moyen de bandes transporteuses (1), d'un séparateur métallique (2), d'un second séparateur pour la séparation du verre et des fractions inertes (3), d'un second broyeur pour un déchiquetage supplémentaire (4), d'un réservoir de stockage intermédiaire pour déchets déchiquetés (5), d'un séchoir (6), d'un troisième séparateur pour fraction inerte (7), d'un broyeur à marteaux (8), d'une seconde trémie pour le stockage temporaire (9), d'un distributeur à obturateur (10) et d'un réacteur de pyrolyse (11). Le réacteur de pyrolyse (11) décompose les déchets ménagers pour obtenir des matières premières combustibles telles que du pyrocarbone, de l'huile de pyrolyse et du gaz. Dans le gazéificateur (19), le pyrocarbone est converti en gaz, qui est transporté pour atteindre la trémie à gaz (16) à des fins de stockage ultérieur. Le mélange gaz de pyrolyse subit un certain nombre d'étapes de traitement, à la suite desquelles le mélange gazeux est filtré dans le filtre à gaz (15) puis transporté vers la trémie pour le stockage de gaz (16), qui alimente des brûleurs à gaz (11a et 19a), supportant le processus de combustion dans le réacteur de pyrolyse (11) et dans le gazéifieur (19) et alimentant le module de production d'énergie (17). Le mélange liquide d'huile de pyrolyse, provenant de colonnes de refroidissement (14) est traité et transporté vers la trémie de stockage d'huile de pyrolyse (21), qui alimente le module de production d'énergie (17) et les brûleurs diesel (11b et 19b), prenant en charge le processus de fonctionnement du réacteur de pyrolyse (11) et du gazéifieur (19).
