A motor power input structure is arranged at one end of the power shaft, a center supporting shaft is arranged through the power shaft, a controlled separation and union structure capable of positioning the wheel body circumferentially relative to the power shaft or capable of rotating the wheel body circumferentially relative to the power shaft is arranged between the power shaft and the wheel body, and a separation and union state locking structure is arranged on the controlled separation and union structure.As the controlled separation and union structure is arranged between the power shaft and the wheel body, the power shaft and the wheel body in a transmission connecting state or in a separated stateare kept stable, and switching between the two states is not induced easily as a result of some accidental external factors, so that the electric scooter is smoothly used, and meanwhile, the accidentthat a user is hurt is avoided, and therefore, the safety is improved greatly.
