Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the technical field of rail vehicles, and especially relates to a traction beam and a rail vehicle. The traction beam comprises a bottom plate, a cover plate, a first verticalplate, a second vertical plate, a coupler panel, a horizontal supporting plate and a vertical supporting plate; the surface of one side of the coupler panel is used for mounting a coupler, the surface of the other side of the coupler panel is used for mounting the horizontal supporting plate, the coupler panel is welded and connected with the bottom plate, the cover plate, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, a mounting space is formed in one side, where the coupler is mounted, of the coupler panel, and a cavity is formed in the other side, deviating from the coupler, of the coupler panel; the horizontal supporting plate is located in the cavity and is connected with the coupler panel, and the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate in a welded mode; and thevertical supporting plate is located in the cavity and is connected with the cover plate, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate in a welded mode. According to the traction beam, the compression resistance can be enhanced, and a vehicle body can meet the bearing requirement of a heavy compression working condition (such as a 3560 kN compression working condition).
