The invention discloses a cryoablation catheter which comprises a catheter body, head end tubes, expansion elements, fluid delivery tubes, fluid recycling tubes and traction wires. The expansion elements sleeve the head end tubes; the fluid delivery tubes extend into the expansion elements via chambers of the catheter body, openings are formed in distal ends of the fluid delivery tubes, and freezefluid can be sprayed out via the openings; the traction wires extend in the chambers of the catheter body, distal ends of the traction wires are fixed to a distal end of the cryoablation catheter, and traction wires can axially move, so that the distal end of the cryoablation catheter can be deflected; the openings are linearly formed along the length directions of the head end tubes. The cryoablation catheter has the advantages that a cryoablation line can be formed on tissues to be subjected to cryoablation by the cryoablation catheter, integral scribing continuous cryoablation can be carried out once or by a few times, and accordingly the one-step cryoablation success rate can be close to the success rate of surgery.

本发明公开了一种冷冻消融导管,包括:导管本体;头端管;膨胀元件,套于所述头端管上;流体递送管,通过导管本体的腔室延伸至所述膨胀元件内,流体递送管的远端设有开口,冷冻流体通过开口喷射出来;流体回收管;和牵引线,在所述导管本体的腔室内延伸,其远端固定在所述冷冻消融导管的远端,所述牵引线的轴向运动使得所述冷冻消融导管的远端发生偏转;其中,所述开口沿头端管的长度方向呈线性设置。本发明的冷冻消融导管,能在待消融的组织上形成一条消融线,通过单次或少数几次整体划线的连续消融,消融的一次成功率接近外科手术的成功率。
