Abstract

The present invention relates to a tissue adhesion agent having improved bio-tissue adhesiveness and bonding force by utilizing an adhesion-related gene. More specifically, a cartilage tissue adhesion composition prepared from fetal cartilage tissue-derived stem cells in which VCAN, CTGF, or EXT1 is inserted and expressed in an upregulated manner was found to show a remarkably superb adhesive force, compared to that prepared from fetal cartilage tissue-derived stem cells in which none of the genes are inserted. Accordingly, the cell composition in which the expression of VCAN, CTGF, or EXT1 is upregulated can be prepared into a tissue adhesion composition having improved bio-tissue adhesiveness and bonding force and VCAN, CTGF, or EXT1 can be provided as an additive composition for a tissue adhesion agent.

L'invention concerne un agent d'adhérence tissulaire doté d'une adhésivité bio-tissulaire et d'une force de liaison améliorées au moyen d'un gène lié à l'adhérence. Plus particulièrement, il a été démontré qu'une composition d'adhérence de tissu cartilagineux préparée à partir de cellules souches issues de tissu cartilagineux foetal, dans lesquelles VCAN, CTGF ou EXT1 est inséré et exprimé d'une façon régulée à la hausse, présente une force d'adhérence remarquablement élevée, par rapport à une composition préparée à partir de cellules souches issues de tissu cartilagineux foetal dans lesquelles aucun des gènes n'est inséré. Ainsi, la composition cellulaire dans laquelle l'expression de VCAN, CTGF ou EXT1 est régulée à la hausse peut être préparée pour fournir une composition d'adhérence tissulaire dotée d'une adhésivité bio-tissulaire et d'une force de liaison améliorées, et VCAN, CTGF ou EXT1 peut être obtenu en tant que composition additive pour un agent d'adhérence tissulaire.

본 발명은 접착 관련 유전자를 이용하여 생체 조직 접착성 및 결합력이 증가된 조직 유합제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 VCAN, CTGF 또는 EXT1을 삽입하여 발현이 증가된 태아 연골조직 유래 줄기세포로 제작한 연골 조직 유합제 조성물은 상기 유전자가 삽입되지 않은 태아 연골조직 유래 줄기세포로 제작된 연골 조직 유합제 조성물과 비교하여 현저하게 우수한 접착 강도를 나타내는 것을 확인함에 따라, 상기 VCAN, CTGF 또는 EXT1을 발현 증가시킨 세포 조성물은 생체 조직 접착성 및 결합력이 증가된 조직 유합제 조성물로 제조될 수 있으며, VCAN, CTGF 또는 EXT1은 조직 유합제 첨가용 조성물로 제공될 수 있다.
